You will be supporting employee’s requests related to front-end systems such as desktops, laptops, fixed and mobile phones and applications, and acting as direct contact to our global IT teams which are responsible for requests relating to back-end systems, such as servers and networking. You will also have the opportunity to work on various group-level projects throughout the aforementioned working locations.</p><p>If you are a team player focused on customer satisfaction, you are interested in helping people resolve their technical problems, you enjoy talking to people and have a curiosity for finding solutions, we would like you to hear about you!</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong><em>Are you our kind of extraordinary?</em></strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Desktop deployments and rollouts, upgrading to latest Windows clients, SCCM &amp; Intune;</li><li>Experience in Office 365 environments: OneDrive, Teams etc.;</li><li>Solid knowledge of Microsoft end-user environment (Windows 10, MS Office etc.);</li><li>Good knowledge of mobile solution and devices (Android, iPhone, etc.);</li><li>Basic knowledge of networking (switches / patches / IP / Subnets);</li><li>Knowledge of Active Directory / Azure Active Directory is ideal;</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;</li><li>Ability to read, understand and create technical documentation of the delivered solutions;</li><li><strong>Ability to travel throughout BENELUX, UK or Ireland up to 20%;</strong></li><li>Strong <strong>English </strong>language skills (written/spoken) required.
