Financial Systems Analyst

As Storable continues to grow both organically and through acquisition, so too is our Accounting team. Therefore, we are searching for a Systems Analyst with strong NetSuite skills and experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment.

An ideal candidate will be able to apply their strong systems skills and analytical thinking to our current procedures and process flows. The most successful candidate will not only have a deep knowledge of the NetSuite environment, but also a comprehensive understanding of business processes and the ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment, showing strong attention to detail and enjoy being a team player.

This individual will report directly to the Financial Systems Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, training and improvement of the ERP and related systems
• Assist with implementation of process improvements and automation of manual processes
• Meet and coordinate with stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
• Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance processes
• Develop reports to meet ongoing and emerging business needs
• Manage testing for system upgrades and changes effectively
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• 3 years of NetSuite implementation or administration (NetSuite certification is a plus)
• Experience with accounting is preferred
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus

Qualifications:

• NetSuite Administrator level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, saved searches, dashboards and forms to manage unique business process requirements within NetSuite
• Demonstrates full understanding of the NetSuite environment and experienced with the following NetSuite modules: Order to Cash, Procurement, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Management
• Experience with Bundles and SuiteApps
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong excel skills over large amounts of data (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Charts)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
• Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines
• Team player and ability to collaborate with other departments
• Flexibility and resourcefulness to succeed in a fast-growing environment with frequently changing priorities
• Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines and moves with a sense of urgency
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Position pay range$71,500—$85,900 USD
