Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Collaborate with a team of Regulatory Affairs Specialists and Managers on cross-functional projects.
• Support product compliance, regulatory documentation, and certification processes for fragrance products.
• Manage data within regulatory compliance systems.
• Anticipate and implement solutions for upcoming regulatory changes, with a focus on sustainability and product claims.
• Prepare and deliver regulatory presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in Trade Organization meetings alongside the Regulatory Affairs team.
• Review fragrance formulas for compliance with regulations, customer requirements, and industry guidelines.
• Provide regulatory support to sales, creative, and applications teams.
• Prepare customer documentation related to fragrance formulas.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 5–7 years of experience in a regulatory compliance role or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience working with data and documentation systems.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Attention to detail and a customer service mindset.
