The Next Gen-K is an advanced internship program designed to cultivate the next generation of talents</strong>, preparing our top national and overseas Vietnamese students to become global citizens &amp; a future-ready workforce in the AI era through on-job training and rewarding learning experience.</p><p><strong>Being Kastronaut joining our Kataverse, </strong>you will be trained and empowered to participate in real-life projects, from which soft and hard skills will be developed and sharpened.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Work under the technical writing team and get involved in technical communication, technical documentation, and technical concepts related to automation testing and software development.</li> <li>Work with product managers, software engineers, sales executives, and customer support to learn more about Katalon’s products and services and the needs of our users.</li> <li>Assist in writing technical documentation, such as user guides and reference material.</li> <li>Offer suggestions to improve technical documentation.</li> <li>Proofread various new technical documents and other deliverables before editorial review. </li> <li>Research on competitor products and documentation services (optional).</li> <li>Use data and research to assist in the implementation of our documentation strategy (optional).</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Primary requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Major in Technical Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Software Engineering, Communications, English, Business Administration, or any related field.</li> <li>Complete proficiency in the English language is needed, with excellent grammar, sentence structure, and more.</li> <li>A demonstrable ability for self-learning, collecting information, and performing online research. Strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to work quickly and efficiently with logical thinking in language.</li> <li>Interest in new technologies and software development.</li> </ul><p><strong>Definite pluses to having</strong></p><ul> <li>Prior experience with Agile methodologies.</li> <li>Prior writing experience.
