Our culture is flat, collaborative, and deeply focused on building meaningful products that scale.</p><p></p><p><b>About the job</b> </p><p>As a Senior Technical Lead, you’ll be at the intersection of technology, product, and business. You’ll drive the architecture and development of new digital solutions — from zero-to-one prototyping to production-scale deployments. Working closely with product leads, offer teams, and IT, you translate ambitious product visions into scalable, resilient solutions You accelerate our product development cycles by applying modern engineering practices including AI/ML, cloud-native architecture, and low-code/no-code platforms.</p><p></p><p>This role isn’t just about building solutions - it’s about enabling the entire organization to move faster, think bigger, and deliver meaningful value.</p><p></p><p>The location is flexible between our sites in Europe and Asia, and you have a hybrid set-up where you can combine office and remote work.</p><p></p><p><b>Your profile</b>  </p><p>You bring a strong background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, and you have several years of experience in technical leadership roles, solution architecture, or full-stack product development. You’re deeply familiar with modern architecture patterns, API design, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or similar. Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and rapid development environments that support accelerated product iteration is essential. Experience working in high-tech or software-first companies is needed, and a background in manufacturing or industrial settings is a definite plus. </p><p></p><p>But what really sets you apart is your mindset. You’re a systems thinker who can balance technical depth with business context. Being comfortable with ambiguity, you thrive in fast-evolving environments, and you’re proactive, collaborative, and capable of guiding cross-functional teams. Challenging assumptions, asking the right questions, and pushing for first principles thinking, comes naturally to you.
