HR Operations Intern for Poland

You will have the opportunity to work as an HR Operations Intern for Poland within the HR Operations, Payroll and Advisory Team for Poland, focusing on HR Operations.
In this role, you will gain valuable experience with Polish labor law regulations and provide support to employees on a variety of HR-related topics, including onboarding, benefits, time tracking, and absence registration.
In your role, depending on the priorities, you will be involved in multiple activities, which may include:
- Maintaining employee data in HR systems and issuing HR documents
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, scheduling occupational medical examinations
- Manage employee personal files in compliance with Polish legal requirements
- Answering employees’ questions and improving our HR knowledge database
- Handling various benefits, from employee enrollment, through the regular execution, such as insurance, pension schemes, cafeteria, and more
- Medical package (Medicover), life insurance, mental health helpline, and a grant for glasses.

To maximize your chances, you need:
- University degree (completed or in progress), preferably within HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong interest in the HR area, especially in Polish Labour Law
- Previous working experience in HR will be an asset
- Positive attitude, customer focus, and team player mindset
- Commitment to high-quality work with keen attention to detail
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Professionalism in handling personal and sensitive data
