Your Job

- Leading key initiatives from the perspective of solution architecture management
- Leading the overarching area(s) for CI product architecture
- Designing and maintaining the overarching solution architecture for the Customer Interaction (CI) unit at ALDI SOUTH
- Facilitating and leading meetings with other solution architects in order to align refinements for solution architecture
- Ensuring an integrated, connected design between CI solutions and other domains for initiatives in your area of responsibility
- Contributing to the implementation of architectural standards and principles
- Participating in agile meetings and events
Your Profile
What you should have.
- Degree with a focus on IT
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to define the necessary steps for targets
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to properly present topics to upper management
- Proven experience with IT architecture in an international context
- Proven experience with cloud-based application principles that are mandatory in the area of customer interaction
- Desire and willingness for professional development in the area of solution architecture management
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and fluency in English
- Experience designing and implementing digital solutions using agile project methods (preferably the SAFe framework)
- Strong knowledge of architectural standards such as TOGAF
