Collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, fragrance development, and technical departments, you’ll transform consumer feedback into actionable insights. We’re looking for naturally curious, self-motivated individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact. This role reports into the Director of Consumer Insights, Perfumery & Beauty.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage consumer panel studies onsite in Princeton, NJ office
• Organize activities necessary for the successful running of consumer insights, including consumer insights calendar, preparation of test materials, and practical execution of consumer insights tests
• Organize and manage the purchase and supply of stock and materials for all testing activities
• Ensure optimal working condition of testing facilities (booths, computers, prep area etc.)
• Document and recommend study protocols for new research studies
• Assist in study programming in proprietary testing software

You bring

• Minimum of one year experience in sensory, product, or consumer testing preferred
• Hands-on mindset with good communication skills
• Detail oriented, intellectual curiosity and ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Ability to be stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40lbs
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and general computer knowledge
• Bachelor’s Degree required
