Supervisory Loan Specialist (Commercial)

GS-13: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: Analyzing obligor's financial statements and the earning potential of a variety of business enterprises to make recommendations for residential and commercial/business loan applications or servicing, collections and/or liquidation actions; and Providing analysis of a variety of collateral, business types, loan programs and general economic conditions; and Leading a team or managing an office of loan officers/specialists in business/residential loan programs including but not limited to servicing, collections and/or loan liquidation. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Generally, time in Non-Pay status as a federal employee is not creditable towards the specialized experience requirement listed above.
