Join Our Team as a Dynamic Recruiting Analyst for Early Careers! 

Are you passionate about shaping the future of talent at Tyson Foods? We are looking for a Recruiting Analyst to join our Early Careers team and make a significant impact. This role is your chance to be at the forefront of early careers recruitment, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to job applicants, the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners. You'll be a vital partner to the Talent Acquisition Early Careers Lead, driving full life-cycle recruitment and helping us achieve our department goals and metrics. This position will sit at our Tyson on Thompson office in Springdale, AR.

What You'll Do: 

  • Be the Early Careers Recruitment Champion: Deliver top-notch customer service for early careers recruitment, both on-site and virtually. You'll manage event registrations, invoices, and cost allocations for early careers recruiting efforts across the enterprise. 

  • Project Management Guru: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Early Careers Specialists to manage business unit-specific intern experiences. You'll handle logistics for summer and year-round internship events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. 

  • Talent Acquisition Support: Assist the early careers team with interview scheduling, offer creation, and work closely with the onboarding team to guarantee a seamless pre-employment process for new hires and managers. 

  • Exceed Expectations: Work with the Early Careers Team to ensure the entire talent acquisition process and candidate experience surpasses expectations and aligns with Tyson Foods Inc. guidelines. 

  • Compliance Expert: Help with hiring processes that meet all compliance regulations and OFCCP guidelines. 

  • Pipeline Builder: Assist in sourcing, managing requisitions as needed, and networking to build and maintain qualified talent pipelines, focusing on internships and early careers. 

  • Team Player: Take on additional duties related to the talent acquisition process and support the overall needs of the talent acquisition team. 

What We're Looking For: 

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. 

  • Experience: At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in talent acquisition or event planning. 

  • Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills, with experience using an applicant tracking system pref
