Retail Sales Associate - Essentials (MGM National Harbor)

THE JOB: 

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized product recommendations to our diverse clientele across various retail locations. You will play a crucial role in our mission to enhance the guest experience and create WOW moments that will leave a lasting impression long after their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY: 

• Greet and engage with guests, offering a warm smile and listening to their stories as you provide product recommendations. Complete transactions using the POS system, and ensure the store is well-stocked and maintained for cleanliness. 

• Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests by utilizing problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on guest safety. 

• Adhere to all retail, POS, and cash handling procedures.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 

• Takes pride in their work

• Describes themselves as detail-oriented 

• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression 

• Can handle multiple tasks at one time 

• Is at least 18 years of age or older

• Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• Has customer service experience

• Has a great personality

THE STARTING RATE:

• $16.00/Hour

THE SCHEDULE:

• Overnight - Could be subject to change based on business needs.

• The Hours: 11PM - 7:45AM
