We utilize agile methodologies, iterate quickly to find solutions, and work together to ensure that the system evolves in a maintainable and performant fashion.
This is a full-time paid (hybrid) opportunity located in New York City, available for candidates in the surrounding area and will begin on 6/3/24 and end on 8/9/24.
The Application Support Intern will assist the support team in providing both internal and client-facing technical support across Exiger’s product suite throughout the client lifecycle, from presales to customer onboarding to BAU activities.This position requires an outgoing, confident individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced computer skills. They will be able to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment as well as enjoy the challenge of finding efficient solutions for end-users and stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Develop a working knowledge of the product suite (product training will be provided
- Provide end-user application support.
- Coordinate and prioritize support requests.
- Facilitate problem-solving between end-users and development teams
- Analyze and troubleshoot problems effectively while minimizing response time.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through end-to-end support solutions.
- Identify escalation situations and follow appropriate escalation procedures.
- Provide regular updates to end-users throughout the resolution process.
- Take ownership of support issues until final resolution.
- Participate in an application user migration project
What You Need:
- Currently pursuing or graduated with Bachelors in Computer Science or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work in a team environment but at the same time, be self-motivated.
- Able to multitask while balancing competing priorities.
