Ampla Health is seeking an organized and team-driven Front Desk Supervisor to oversee front office operations and ensure high-quality service to all patients. This role supervises front desk reception and medical records staff, supports clinic flow, and helps meet productivity and customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate front desk and medical records staff

• Ensure accurate patient registration, insurance, and sliding fee data

• Maintain optimal clinic flow and coverage through staff scheduling

• Monitor front desk performance, complete audits, and support training

• Handle patient concerns and maintain professional, friendly service

• Oversee front desk collections and deposits

• Support Site Administrator with reports, metrics, and compliance

• Serve as backup at the front desk when needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required

• Associate degree + 2 years of supervisory experience required

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Strong knowledge of front office operations, scheduling, and medical terminology

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment

• COVID-19 vaccination required
