The Role

Kyndryl Finance is looking for a motivated and talented individual in their senior year of college with 1-2 semesters remaining to join our team of Financial Analysts. This individual should display strong communication, financial analysis, problem solving, cost accounting and leadership skills. In this role, the job responsibilities may include: reporting, developing and delivering impactful and accessible financial models and presentations to executives, process innovation and improvement, conduct business and labor rate analysis, short and long term forecasting, managing organizational spend, and performing deep dives into business situations while concurrently making observations and recommendations for organizational decisions.

This is a 40 hour per week commitment with an eight-month term from May 14, 2024 through January 10, 2025. 

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $21.29/Hour - $31.31/Hour is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.

Who You Are

Skills: 

• Strong background in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel 

• Leadership Experience 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills 

• Detail-oriented 

• Analytic and strategic thinking 

• Time management and organizational skills 

Qualifications: 

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting, business or other related field. 

Preferred Experience: 

SAP knowledge
