Job Description

This position requires an individual with a demonstrated ability to make key contributions to financial and strategic issues. The Senior Finance Manager will be part of the Corporate FP&A team working cross-functionally to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting processes are followed. In addition, they will prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for the Executive team. This individual will work across multiple platforms and have strong technical skills. This position reports to the VP of FP&A.

Qualifications

• Manage and coordinate the development of annual and recurring forecasts, focusing on the underlying business drivers and key financial and operating metrics to align long-term objectives. This includes managing the P&L, corporate planning calendar, and clearly communicating timelines, deliverables, and expectations with all planning stakeholders
• Business partner to the G&A functions, including Finance, Legal, People & Culture, IT, Facilities
• Support in the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and help prepare materials and narratives for internal Executive meetings, Board of Director meetings, and investors
• Perform ad-hoc projects and financial analysis to support senior management and business decisions
• Lead system and process improvement initiatives to support our growth and drive efficiencies that help us scale as an FP&A team
• Consolidate company forecasts across functions
• Manage of team of 2 financial analysts 

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to present information clearly and concisely

• Collaboration and teamwork mentality

• Comfortable interacting with all levels of management

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative

• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint required

• Knowledge of financial systems: Adaptive Insights, Netsuite, Salesforce, Success Factors, and Tableau is a plus

Education / Experience:

• 8+ years of relevant FP&A experience required

• Corporate FP&A experience highly preferred

• BS Finance or Accounting

• SAAS experience required

• People Manager experience required

• Working knowledge of a variety of business functions

Additional Information

The base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 to $190,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
