IT Systems & Network Administrator

Charlotte Behavioral Health Care (CBHC) is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled part-time, up to 20 hours a week, IT Systems and Network Administrator to support our Director of Information Technology in maintaining and optimizing our core IT infrastructure. This hands-on role is essential in ensuring the security, functionality, and reliability of our systems and services. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities within a part-time schedule. This position is an onsite position.

Must meet eligibility requirements

• 403b Retirement Plan, with 9% employer contribution for those who meet eligibility requirements.

• Technical College Certification in Network Systems Administration.
• Three (3) years of experience in systems/network administration or a similar IT role.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration, including licensing security, and collaboration tools.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2008 and newer (2012/2016/2019/2022).
• Experience with Sophos UTM or comparable firewall solutions.
• Familiarity with backup tools and protocols (e.g., Veeam, Windows Backup, etc.).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. 
• Ability to pass a level II background clearance and drug test. 
• Valid FL drivers' license, insurance, and safe driving record.
