Your team
You will be a member of the WM Americas Technology organization and report to the Stream Technical Lead, Field & Operations and Strategic Solutions, Data & Analytics.
Your expertise
• Ideally 18+ years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, and solution architecture, including delivery in complex enterprise environments.
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native platforms (preferably Azure or AWS), Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and API management.
• Familiarity with ML Ops practices and tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or Databricks for scalable model lifecycle management.
• Solid experience in financial services technology, especially within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets.
• Deep knowledge of information security, technology risk, and regulatory compliance in the financial sector.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing, diverse teams, foster psychological safety, and drive cultural transformation.
• Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across business and technology with clarity and confidence.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Salary information
US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $170000 to $245000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
