Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is looking for automotive sales associates! Come join us and start your career at one of the largest private owned automotive dealer groups in the U.S. 

Prior automotive sales experience is not necessary. BILINGUAL IS A PLUS.

Sales Consultants help potential customers see the value in company services and maintain strong relationships in order to generate sales leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers and assess their needs to provide assistance through the selection and buying process
• Test drive vehicles with customers to demonstrate industry leading features
• Build productive trust relationships and help customers complete the sales process
• Build productive trust relationships and help customers select and complete sales process
• Maintains contact with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and to encourage repeat and referral business
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• No sales experience required!
• A friendly and energetic attitude with a focus on customer service
• Steady work history and is committed to starting a new career
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• A positive and outgoing personality with an expertise in developing relationships
• Possess a valid driver's license and be in good standing
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Good sales and/or customer service track record
• Computer literate and have basic math skills
• Focus on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
