As a Senior Supervisor Creation & Application Lab, Beauty & Care, you will be responsible for the coordination of lab activities and the development of innovative formulations and prototypes to support our Beauty & Care division. In addition to providing technical support to sales and marketing teams, you’ll troubleshoot product issues, ensure the lab meets safety and quality standards, and coordinate with global teams to address North American market and consumer needs. This role offers the chance to lead impactful projects and contribute to the growth of the business through technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee lab activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support sales and marketing with technical demands, including SPF testing, troubleshooting product issues, and handling complaints.
• Develop formulations and prototypes aligned with product and marketing strategies to grow the business from conception to completion.
• Lead application development studies, including performance testing and formulation development.
• Provide technical support and training for customers, distributors, and the sales force.
• Coordinate with global technical and applications teams to develop North America-relevant projects.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and scientific symposiums.
