Job Description

• Allocate and wave all incoming orders with ship dates and warehouse productivity in mind.
•  Assure that Rush and Same Day orders are executed as expected.
• Work with replenishment; inventory team, as well as quality on any issues in order to get the deliveries released.
• Communicate priorities to operations to assure a clear vision of workload and deadlines to execute on time delivery.
• Work with corporate Customer Service in Mount Prospect on any hot orders, incorrect addresses, special requirements, investigate lost shipments and any customer complaints.
• Provide follow-up to ensure all incoming orders were completed by clearing shorts or reconciling errors
• Ensure that deliveries for all orders are created in the correct sequence and time frame in order to meet the shipping deadlines. Also communications concerning special requirements for those orders.
• Maintain KPI's on Rush orders, Same day,  and Fill Rate. 
• Perform other special projects as required

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills
• Accurate keying skills and strong MS Office skills((Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)
• Experience using SAP and Distribution Modules an asset
• College Diploma/University Degree in Business preferred
• Prior experience in customer service in a related environment is preferred
