The Gist
Are you an energized finance professional who is excited to drive improvements in a challenging environment? Join the Lagunitas Finance team! You will navigate in a fun and changing environment (start-up mindset within Heineken) where you will be:
- Focusing on the financial part of our Supply Chain: our brewery in Petaluma and our logistics
- Using your strong analytical skills to generate actionable insights
- Supporting to drive the Evergreen (cost savings & efficiency) agenda towards the organization
- Reporting to the FP&A Director – Strategy & Supply Chain
- Part of a small Finance team that currently consists of 10 financials that aim to steer the business into the right direction to improve financial results
What You’ll Do
- Lead together with the FP&A Director the Supply Chain financial governance/planning cycle (Rolling Forecasts, Annual Plans & Strategic Plans) by focusing on both the variable expenses & fixed expenses
- Drive the financial cycle / reporting drumbeat across the senior managers across the organization to influence them to make the right business decisions
- Responsible for an accurate, complete and timely reporting together with the other business control team members
- Drive the creation and standardization of financial reporting (mainly in PowerBI)
- Model the Supply Chain financials that enable our stakeholders and the Leadership Team (LT) to make important business decisions
- You will lead and support various finance and business projects outside of the month-end closing
- Support in leading the EverGreen (cost savings) agenda by working closely with Procurement & Supply Chain to identify any opportunities and creating/validating business cases
- Drive the profitability thinking within Lagunitas
- Proactively analyze, advise, prioritize and give the relevant guidelines to your different stakeholders in Supply Chain
