Production Technician I

Looking to work for an industry leader? Wood is seeking 2 skilled Production Technicians to support operations in the Permian Basin. These positions will be based out of Snyder, TX, with one technician assigned to Salt Creek and the other to Cogdell. Wood offers health benefits, 401k, vacation and more.

• Monitor, operate, and maintain production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on well-site facilities
• Collect and analyze production data to optimize performance
• Ensure compliance with company safety and environmental policies
• Work collaboratively with field personnel to maintain production targets

• Previous experience in oil and gas production operations preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a field environment, including exposure to various weather conditions
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a strong commitment to safety
