<p>The Marine Installation Engineering group consists of almost 150 engineers. You will be part of the Laying team, which enable the company in its ability to plan and execute marine installation activities anywhere in the world, overcoming the scheduling and resource constraints and client’s requirements with our unique HV cable installation -know-how. We are a group of highly skilled engineers that thrive in a busy environment, and we work in teams. </p>

<p>Getting a flying start </p>
<p>To succeed in our department, you have relevant experience within marine installation engineering, and some experience with a combined office, site, and offshore work environment. You also have worked in companies that are project driven, and have activities related to marine installation, preferably subsea cables and/or offshore wind, interconnectors or power from shore. At the same time being comfortable with ensuring quality and safety during the projects, ideally you are not afraid to take lead through your natural initiative and drive. </p>

<p>How you make an impact </p>
<p>You will work in project teams as a senior engineer on projects with a focus on marine installation operations. To do this you lead and plan, you will drive marine installation activities in projects such as installation packages and supplier / subcontractors, procedures, plans, analyses, calculations and other documentation. In cooperation with others in the project team, you will prepare specifications for equipment and services. In addition, you will be comfortable working with tender activities. You will also participate in developing and be responsible for technical solutions relevant in the department. You make a solid impact by participating in Quality and HSE activities internally. </p>

<p>Your starting point when you join </p>
<ul>

<p>Higher technical education from college or university (Bachelor / Master’s degree) and / or other relevant work experience. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Minimum 5 years relevant experience from offshore installation and/or subsea operations. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience with Installation analyses and use of software tools like Orcaflex is preferred </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Excellent Norwegian and English language skills - both written and verbal. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Like to work in project teams but also independently. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Structured and accurate when writing technical documentation/procedures. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Creative and has an analytical and solution-oriented approach to challenges. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Like to seek more knowledge within your own discipline area and other interface areas. </p>
</li>
