ABOUT YOU

You are responsible for effectively entering intercompany invoices and billing and posting and applying payments related to intercompany invoices. You facilitate payments of invoices by sending bill reminders and contacting internal contacts. You will maintain records, makes adjustments to accounts, and researches and resolves payment discrepancies.

EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

• Assist in year-end audit requests.
• Perform month-end reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
• Assist in compiling of financial packages.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Record month-end adjusting journal entries.
• Perform sales and use tax returns.
• Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations.
• Provide monthly financials to all GM’s and the COO of Hospitality.
• Enter daily cash deposits.

Requirements

WHAT WE NEED

Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Experience and/or Training Considerable knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.

Technology/Equipment MRI experience preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
