Contributing into the cloud transformation of a data‑intensive analytical platform by designing scalable architectures, modernizing legacy components, and ensuring performance, reliability, and cost‑efficiency in the target cloud environment.
Ensuring continuous technological evolution of the product by proposing and implementing modern frameworks, performance enhancements, and architectural improvements to maintain competitiveness and long‑term maintainability.
Providing timely, accurate, and courteous support to platform users, ensuring issues are understood, analyzed, and resolved promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels
Working closely with a team of other software engineers, analysts, quality engineers, and other team members to design and build software solutions meeting business needs.
Adhering to team design and coding procedures and standards
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science AND combined experience developing data-heavy analytical applications
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Proven expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including deep understanding of relational data modeling in complex business environments.
Hands‑on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), covering ETL debugging and deployment in data‑rich ecosystems.
Experience in optimizing stored procedures within a highly interconnected product landscape—profiling performance bottlenecks and refactoring inefficient logic under heavy analytical workloads.
Experience in debugging data flows across dependent components, ensuring data consistency, and managing changes safely within an integrated architecture.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Practical experience in Healthcare IT domain
Practical experience building and maintaining ETL processes in AWS, including designing data pipelines with AWS Glue
Experience in development of highly available architectures in the cloud and adapting the existing application for use in the cloud.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, development environments and tools.
Knowledge of statistical modelling methods and techniques
Hands-on Experience with .Net / C# / JAVA / Python
