Ready to shape the future of Sustaining Production in a fast-paced environment? We’re on the hunt for an experienced Value Stream professional to lead transformative programs and projects within our Oxygen and Passenger Service Units business onsite in Lenexa, KS. In this pivotal, individual contributor role, you’ll be at the forefront, driving innovation as the primary customer liaison and leading high-impact Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) on large-scale, complex programs. You’ll be the problem-solver of choice, recommending bold solutions to tough challenges, delivering real-time progress updates, and playing a key role in negotiating contracts that drive success.

What You Will Do:
Leads risk and opportunity management for programs in production
Lead multiple cross-functional projects at one time
Participate in coordinating preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operational budgets, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts to ensure legal compliance and to protect the organization’s interests
Lead large programs to support the development of program plans, schedules, and budgets for programs under his/her responsibility
Establish key performance indicators and directs work to achieve these targets
Analyze data and monitors programs to ensure adherence to cost, schedule and technical specifications
Maintain and present plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the program(s) to Senior Leadership and Customers
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality, specifically utilizing CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence), lean, or six sigma methodology
Identifie and address program problems and recommends resolutions to ensure the successful performance of programs in production including field service safety issues, customer satisfaction issues, obsolescence, work transfers, improvements for capacity, and supplier requests
Lead program work with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with the customer program objectives supporting development phase and then owning the production phase
Direct program phases from start of production through completion (sunsetting) of program
Interface with customers for program requirements to ensure successful completion
Manage the contract lifecycle, cost, schedule and performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs
Travel up to 10%
