Job Description:
Data modeling team has grown from a team developing a conceptual and logical data model to a team tasked with creating physical models, supporting implementations of the data model, employing ontology editing software. Use understanding of ontology and data modeling, and programming experience to help advise data conditioners and data lake owners. Develop new and modify existing data models. Understand data from multiple datasets in their source format. Communicate with technical and business stakeholders of data. Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering to develop formal data structures. Research and evaluate technical aspects of IT systems with respect to data handling and analysis capabilities and constraints. Research and evaluate the user experience and methods employed by users of various IT systems.
Must have:
- 3 years of experience with data modeling tools, processes, and artifacts
- Experience working on projects with implemented designs
Nice to have:
- Effective communication working in diverse teams
- Familiarity with ontology, semantic web, and data modeling concepts
- Experience with Python programming and Linux command line script
- Experience with Data engineering / ETL
- Experience with API building
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with polygraph
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $100,800 - $185,800
Colorado: $100,800 - $160,400
New York: $93,400 - $185,800
Washington State: $107,500 - $170,800
