Strise is on the hunt for a visionary Head of Product Management, who will be steering our product journey from customer insights to customer value. You'll play a key role in developing and realizing Strise's product vision. Embracing the philosophy coined by Scott Belsky, "users flock to simple products," your mission will be to simplify complex and outdated processes, making them quicker, safer, and more user-friendly. As our Head of Product Management, your influence will be critical in ensuring Strise stays ahead with innovative, future-ready products in the global arena of financial crime prevention.

This position is based in Oslo, Norway.
Strise has an HQ in Oslo and an office in London.

What you will do:

• Lead Product Development: From identifying customer needs to delivering superior solutions, you will oversee our product development lifecycle, ensuring that Strise remains at the cutting edge of AML technology.
  
• Craft and Execute Product Vision: Your role will be key in developing and implementing Strise’s product strategy, embracing our mission of making complex regulatory processes simpler, faster, and safer.
  
• Inspire Innovation: Your leadership will be important as we break into new markets, your strategic insight will guide our product innovation to exceed international standards, securing Strise's position as a global leader in combating financial crime.
  
• Manage and Expand the Product Manager Team: You'll lead three of our fantastic product managers. As our company grows, you'll also see your team and support functions expand.

Requirements

• Strong Product Management Background: You must have a proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle, from customer and user insights to market launch.
  
• Strategic Mindset: Your solid foundation in product management should enable you to confidently navigate and shape our product vision and practices in line with our company goals.
  
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills: Experience from leading other product managers and ensuring fluent communication between the product function and other stakeholders, both internal and external.

It would be a big advantage if you have:

• Experience from KYC/AML or fintech.
  
  
• Experience from managing data heavy products, particularly within AI.
  
  
• Prior experience in a fast-growing scaleup environment.
