Marufuku Ramen, voted best ramen in California, is coming to Las Vegas! We are excited to be opening our first location on W Sunset Rd and Durango Dr.

We offer flexible scheduling, employee meal discounts, a supportive work environment, competitive compensation, and career advancement opportunities. We are hiring multiple servers both full and part time. Full time will range between 30-40 hours per week on average. Base pay of 12.00 per hour

About:

The Server is responsible for introducing themselves to each customer, taking customer orders, explaining the menu, suggestive selling (up-selling) and helping all new and repeat customers to complete their meal by promoting our key menu products, repeating the orders to ensure accuracy and avoid mistakes, bringing food and beverages to dine-in customers seated at a restaurant. Their duties include writing down each customer’s order, submitting it to the kitchen and bringing out the correct dishes and beverages to each diner.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
• Attend and greet customers upon entrance.
• Present and explain restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages.
• Take and serve orders.
• Suggest additional items to complete their meal.
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products.
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Dealing with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accepting payments.

Requirements

• Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience.
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties
• Attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• High school diploma is a plus but not required.
• Current food handler’s card and other certifications as required by federal/state/local law.
