You can learn more about Capgemini Engineering here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MZ0Z6PjdnQo.</p> <p> </p> <p>You can help us to achieve our mission!</p> <p> </p> <p>Now, we are part of Capgemini Group and we have more than 300,000 team members in nearly 50 countries, and we work with sectors such as aeronautics, automotive, communications, energy, life sciences, software &amp; internet, space &amp; defense, and consumer products.</p> <h2></h2> <p>Your Role:</p> <ul> <li>Capability of assuming leadership initiatives/responsibilities.</li> <li>Process large volumes of data using distributed processing frameworks.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements in cloud environments like AWS or GCP.</li> <li>Architect, build, and optimize data pipelines ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.</li> <li>Conduct thorough data analysis, modeling, and interpretation to drive insights and support decision-making processes.</li> <li>Communicate findings, proposals, and technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholders.</li> <li>Team work in a data-driven, solution oriented and critical mind-set is greatly encouraged and valued.</li> <li>Understand Geospatial concepts and tools.</li> </ul> <h2></h2> <p>Your Profile:</p> <ul> <li>4 or more years of experience in data engineering roles with expertise in building and maintaining data pipelines, systems, and applications.</li> <li>Proficient in data warehouse design, implementation, and optimization.</li> <li>Proficient in Python and SQL.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, with focus on Azure.</li> <li>Strong understanding of data modeling.</li> <li>Experience with big data technologies such as, Spark or other distributed processing technologies and familiarity with tools like Airflow for workflow orchestration.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges.</li> <li>Degree in computer science, software engineering, or in engineering domains.</li> <li>Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in additional languages advantageous.</li> <li>Hands on experience with Geospatial platforms such as ArcGis, Qgis, Azure Maps among others.
