Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00/hour + performance bonuses

We are seeking a highly motivated, multi-skilled Craftsman who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of residential construction and repair tasks including plumbing, carpentry, tile, and drywall
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective, timely solutions
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, office staff, and team members
• Maintain a professional appearance and organized work environment
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks on schedule

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience
• Good driving record and ability to operate a pickup truck or van
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with tools and ability to determine the right tools for each job
