About the role
JOB SUMMARY:
- Through development of a deep technical understanding of the bank’s online systems and cash management tools, provide support to the Relationship Banking Officers and the bank’s business clientele. Support may take multiple forms, including but not limited to: phone support of online systems, creation of Cash Management Agreements, participation in the group help desk ticket, providing demonstrations and trainings, product set up, and managing temporary and permanent limit increases.
- Support daily activity managing returned items, accounts with known fraud, NSF activity and verification of online activities.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years’ experience in the banking field, preferably in new accounts, operations, or business resource support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- General understanding of the various business entities and their related authorities.
- Ability to work within the bank’s core system, online banking and all relevant systems associated with cash management
- Familiar with online banking platform, user set up, account cross-referencing
- Manage returned items, NSF activity and other client communications/account issues as needed to support RBO group.
- Proficient in help desk ticket environment
- Answer phones to provide online support
- Create applications for cash management services
- Demonstrate online banking and cash management tools to prospective and current clients
- Train new clients to use online banking and ACH, Online Wires and eventually Positive Pay
- Install and train new users on RDC
- Be knowledgeable of bank compliance rules and adhere to Federal and State banking regulations relating to this position
- Follow all Bank compliance policies and procedures relating to this position

- Ability to concentrate and focus on essential functions in appropriate priority order is required.
- Requires being punctual, dependable, detail oriented and responsible for work outcomes and results.
- Requires sitting for long periods and traveling to other departments and locations, as needed.
- Requires contact with others by telephone conversations, use of electronic mail, and face-to-face discussions.
- Requires completion of assigned on-line training courses with a passing percentage.
- Professional environment requiring appropriate professional demeanor and attire.
- Work is performed indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. if necessary.
