Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist 1 - Temporary Position

In this role, you’ll support the daily servicing of commercial loans by:

• Imaging and processing loan documents, titles, liens, and post-closing items
• Managing loan ticklers and clearing exceptions to maintain data accuracy
• Monitoring real estate tax statuses and ensuring timely processing of paid loans
• Supporting data cleanup efforts for an upcoming core system conversion
• Responding to servicing requests via phone and email
• Participating in process improvement initiatives and special projects

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in a financial institution
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
• A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a positive team environment
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and a commitment to confidentiality

Environmental/Working Conditions: Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Travel to branches requires exposure to outdoor and traffic conditions.
