Senior Specialist Continuous Improvement, Learning & Enablement

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Specialist, Continuous Improvement Organizational Learning to support the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of learning programs that enable our associates and leaders to thrive within the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS). This role plays a key part in modernizing our learning ecosystem by supporting content development, platform optimization, and data-driven improvements aligned with our CI principles and leadership competencies.
Responsibilities:
• Support the update of existing training content and the deployment of new training content in alignment wih the RBS CI strategy.
• Administer feedback surveys, best practice sharing preparation, and execution of communication plan.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-person CI training sessions and online when needed.
• Manage tasks and actions on project plan.
• Partner with iAspire team to upload content and track adoption on online content and feedback through dashboards.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-person trainings and updates of tool kits and materials needed for success.
• Support the update of existing training content and the deployment of new materials aligned with RBS CI principles.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-person trainings and maintain toolkits and materials to ensure learner success.
• Administer feedback surveys and support best practice sharing sessions.
• Assist in the execution of communication plans to promote learning initiatives and engagement.
• Manage tasks and actions within project plans to ensure timely execution of learning initiatives.
• Partner with the iAspire team to upload content, track adoption, and monitor feedback through dashboards.
• Collect and analyze learning data to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance learner experience and business impact.
• Collaborate with RBS leaders, HR, and functional teams to understand learning needs and support enablement initiatives.
• Support the overall deployment of the Enterprise RBS strategy and team as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required in Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
5–7 years of experience in continuous improvement, learning & development, or organizational effectiveness.
Proficiency in RBS, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies. Strong command of data analysis, process mapping, and project management tools.
Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of executing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Experience in Lean/CI methodologies across both manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments as a practitioner and facilitator.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is preferred.
Experience facilitating in-person continuous improvement training sessions and/or online adult learning sessions.
Travel:
~25-50% travel if remote
Compensation:
$67,700 - $101,500
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
