Finance Manager, Productivity and Benchmarking *Remote*

Providence is calling a Finance Manager, Productivity and Benchmarking who will:

• Support local ministry/entity leadership teams in productivity and benchmarking initiatives
• Validate and guide budget labor targets for the Division by proactively working with executive and divisional teams to evaluate labor staffing plans
• Analyze and model labor initiatives in ministry to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs or service lines
• Support and evaluate benchmarking goals in order to implement as best practice in the Division
• Propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets
• Provide financial analysis for labor efficiency plans
• Develop analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and in increasing efficiencies
• Serve as a resource to clinical service line and divisional leaders
• Be responsible for developing financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of productivity reporting

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or another related field of study
• 5+ years of finance experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Certified Public Accountant, HMFA or FACHE Certifications upon hire
