Embrace the power to transform our digital footprint! As a Webdesigner / Webflow Developer at simpleclub, you will take full ownership of our website's lifecycle, from concept through to execution. This role places you at the heart of our digital presence, crucial for both our B2C and B2B interactions. You will work within our B2B Growth Marketing team, but closely collaborate with our Media House to produce innovative and effective web pages .This position offers the unique opportunity to shape the visual and operational direction of our web platforms, while joining forces with us to drive e-learning forward and revolutionize the future of education!

How will you make an impact:

• Assume full ownership and responsibility for every aspect of our website's journey, from conceptualization to implementation.
• Shape the visual and operational direction of our web platforms as we aim to cement our place as a market leader.
• Take a deep dive into our website, conduct a detailed audit, and craft a detailed roadmap for its full transformation.
• Implementing a robust, end-to-end workflow for your daily work, fostering seamless collaboration with the Media House and in-house development teams to produce  web pages that are innovative and effective.
• Consistently achieve high website performance metrics, including rapid loading times and reduced bounce rates.
• Contribute to increased web traffic and higher conversion rates.
• Deliver visually captivating and user-friendly web designs that enhance overall user experience.

What we value:

• Proficient in web development and responsive web design using Webflow. At least 3 years of experience in building B2B SaaS websites.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, good understanding of accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility issues, basic understanding of JavaScript and SEO principles
• Substantial experience in integrating web-based applications and systems, such as self-checkout processes, into websites, vital for seamless collaboration with our development team.
• Experience in the creative conception and implementation of projects, coupled with an analytical mindset and a keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills,  as you will be working closely with various teams within the company.
