Trauma Recovery Center Assistant Supervisor

Job Type Full-time Description

Oversees the daily clinical and operation activities for the TRC program ensuring adherence to all clinical and clinician performance. That assistant clinic supervisor will provide comprehensive intake evaluations, individual, family, collateral, group therapy, and clinical case management services to survivors of violence, using evidence-based practices that are effective for the service population. The clinician will also provide crisis intervention and emotional support to all clients and families. 

Requirements

• LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Trained in at least one evidenced based trauma modality such as TF-CBT, EMDR, IFS, Trauma play Therapy, CPT, etc.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish 

Salary Description $85,000-$85,000/yr
