Sr Manager, RevOps & Systems

We are looking for a results-oriented operations leader to join us as a Sr Manager, RevOps & Systems, whose passion and drive for learning and the determination for continuous improvement align with our ambitious, fast-growing, and transforming company. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, your primary responsibilities will be to strategically drive initiatives and the development of finance systems that streamline processes, enhance workflows, and maximize efficiency through technology solutions to future-proof quote-to-cash processes and operations.
What you’ll achieve
- Develop and execute strategies to refine day-to-day operational processes within revenue teams, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Drive and manage strategic projects geared toward improving operational excellence.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and executing process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall revenue performance.
- Continuously review and implement technologies to enhance salesforce and Finance efficiency, ensuring seamless change management and high tool adoption.
- Be a strong cross-functional leader and engage with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience leadership to ensure alignment and effective execution of revenue strategies.
- You will manage the Deal Desk, Order Management, Licensing Ops, finance system development teams. You will help scale and create efficiencies in processes and policies in partnership with the Sales, CX, Legal, and Finance teams.
- Optimize, evolve, and maintain NetSuite and Deal Hub system functionality and integrations to efficiently support the end to end Q2C process.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on revenue operations effectiveness and success.
- Collaborate with sales enablement teams to develop programs that empower the sales team with the tools, resources, and training necessary for success in the Quote-To-Cash realm.
- Lead a team of Revenue Operations Analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure a cohesive and high-performing unit.
About you
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, QTC operations, or related functional experience; able to leverage knowledge and industry best practices from other high-growth SaaS companies.
- Experience administering a CPQ tool, with Deal Hub being a plus
- NetSuite Certification highly preferred
- Proven ability to lead high-performing operations and development teams, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities. Bonus if you have built these teams ground up yourself.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing revenue and Order-to-cash processes and driving business growth.
- Highly organized and accountable; Able to develop, manage, communicate, and deliver projects with varied complexities across teams to support a common goal.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Must be sharp, energetic, assertive, and results-oriented; able to prioritize and focus in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Stakeholder empathy: Demonstrated ability to collect stakeholder feedback, deeply understand their pain points, and meet them on their level to drive solutions.
- Strong demonstrable collaboration, relationship building and partnership skills and experience are a must in such a cross-functional role.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven experience driving change and action with insights

Pay Scale Information
Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $155,000 - $185,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
