Holman Honda Centennial is looking for a Vehicle Purchasing Specialist to join the team and the Holman Family!
Comp: $20-$22 per hour plus commission averaging $65,000-$80,000 per year
What You'll Do:
As a KBB Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be at the front line of our customer vehicle acquisition efforts, working closely with store leadership to engage guests who have requested appraisals through KBB or our dealership websites.
Cultivate vehicle purchases directly from guests who’ve submitted online appraisals
Manage inbound leads using the KBB Dashboard and DealerSocket CRM
Quickly connect with prospects to schedule in-store reviews and establish purchase opportunities
Partner with store managers to assess vehicle values, highlight key merchandise, and identify upside potential
Maintain consistent follow-up using assigned cadence protocols, with the goal of securing two-way communication and a formal appraisal appointment
Log all interactions, appointments, and decisions within DealerSocket
Support each guest through the process with transparency and professionalism, while working to maximize acquisition opportunities
What We're Looking For:
Experience in sales or customer service, especially in fast-paced, customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent time management and organizational habits
Ability to build rapport and drive urgency in client engagement
Comfort using CRM tools and following structured contact cadences
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
