Preferred Qualifications:

The role will have responsibility lead and oversee various infrastructure-related projects and deliverables from conception to completion across the Global change portfolio. The role will also include creation and management of project governance, organizational, resource and reporting artefacts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex infrastructure initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, and staying within budget while meeting quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

The INFRA team manages data center migration projects in all regions, global currency remediation activities across various applications and platform, and various technology upgrades classed as business as usual (BAU) activities.

Role Description

The candidate's role will mainly dedicated to management of various initiatives varying from Currency remediation and infrastructure upgrades across Voice, Unified Communications, Network, Workspace and AV enhancements. These initiatives are global in nature.

The candidate is also expected to support the HD of Unified Communications and Voice on several different projects and their deliverables and will be required to build and maintain relationships with colleagues in many different groups and time-zones to ensure their success in the role.

The role will operate in a senior project management capacity which will mean working closely with the Global INFRA senior leadership team and will have responsibility for a number of tasks including;

Project Planning and Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage all phases of infrastructure projects, including design, procurement, construction, testing, and handover.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, risks, and progress reports.
• Budget and Resource Management:
• Create and manage project budgets, maintain up-to-date financials in Clarity, ensure cost control and value delivery.
• Identify and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and milestones.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

• Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and address project challenges to minimize disruptions.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to deliver high-standard infrastructure solutions.

Team Leadership

• Guide and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Education & Experience:

• College degree, or specialized training / equivalent work experience
• 5+ Years of related experience
• Advanced knowledge of the Project and Program Management/ tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, TD Internal process, user environment, applications, software, hardware, programming languages and operating systems) in own area<
