Our Automotive team consist of around 1500 employees, 10 locations and 44 nationalities, we're an international team working together to challenge the ordinary.</p><p></p><p>If this sounds like you, let's talk.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Für unsere HR-Abteilung in Böblingen bei Stuttgart suchen wir ab sofort einen HR Generalisten / Personalreferenten (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.</strong></h3><h3></h3><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><p></p><ul><li>Betreuung und Beratung unserer rund 140 Mitarbeitenden in Deutschland und Österreich in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen unter Berücksichtigung arbeitsrechtlicher Aspekte</li><li>Durchführung der Entgeltabrechnung mit unserem externen Entgeltabrechnungsanbieter sowie Ansprechpartner für Behörden (Steuerprüfung, Sozialversicherungswesen, Krankenkassen usw.)</li><li>Tätigkeiten rund um das Versicherungswesen sowie die bAV</li><li>Rekrutierung und Bewerbermanagement inklusive Stellenausschreibung, Interviewführung, Vertragserstellung und Onboarding</li><li>Durchführung der HR-Administration inklusive Vertragswesen, Zeugnisse und Pflege der digitalen Personalakten</li><li>Erstellung von Personalstatistiken, Auswertungen und Berichten</li><li>Unterstützung bei internationalen HR-Projekten und Optimierungsprozessen</li></ul>
