Field Service Specialist

Description

• Travel to customer sites to install, commission, test, calibrate, and train customers on the safe and proper operation of the Tundra Max.
• Conduct field installations and calibrations of sensors and systems.
• Perform field upgrades of software and hardware and train customers on how to properly operate the system.
• Communicate field failures and feedback reports to engineering department.  
• Ability to properly communicate and billed strong relationship with rig crew.
• Must be able to work long hrs if needed 

Qualifications 

• Must be able to Pass Drug & Background Check.
• Must be willing to Travel anywhere in the US.
• Must provide valid driver license. Good driving record
• High School education or equivalent required
• Ability to be on call Bi-weekly & work weekends. 
• Mechanical & Electrical experience a plus.
• Good communication, Promptness, Self-Reliant /Goal Oriented

Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:

• Tools/Equipment Used: Standard office equipment including Laptop computer, Track hoe, forklift, shovels, & hand tools.
• Posture: Prolonged standing; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting
• Motion: Repetitive hand motions; frequent walking up/down steps ; occasional reaching
• Lifting: Occasional heavy lifting and carrying (less than 50 pounds)
• Environment: May work prolonged or irregular hours in different weather environments (Heat, Cold, Rain, etc.)
• Mental Demands: Maintain emotional control under stress
