AREA GENERAL MANAGER LODGING (ONSLOW BEACH), NF-1101-04

What are we looking for? A minimum of four years of customer service or hospitality experience is required, including at least two years of supervisory experience leading and managing staff. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Resort/Hotel Management, Recreation Management, or a related field is preferred, OR and equivalent combination of education and related experience. Experience managing a lodging facility, hotel operation, RV park, or campground is preferred. A Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS) credential or other relevant hospitality industry certification is also preferred. Knowledge of safety practices and procedures is essential, along with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with leadership, employees, public officials, and other stakeholders. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
