Nurse Manager (Registered Nurse/RN) | 4E- Neuro Trauma

Atrium Health Navicent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Neuro Telemetry Unit, a fast-paced and specialized floor caring for patients with neurological, neurosurgical and neuro trauma needs. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and supporting a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, clinical expertise, and operational oversight to the Neuro Tele unit.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff development, including onboarding, training, and evaluations.
• Monitor patient care metrics and quality indicators to meet or exceed established goals.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation guidelines.
• Serve as a mentor and advocate for nursing staff, fostering professional growth and retention.
• Support and lead initiatives in quality improvement, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.

 

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Current unencumbered RN license in the State of Georgia
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing experience in a telemetry or neuro setting
