Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support our dynamic Events Department. This individual will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing various events, working closely with clients, vendors, and the internal team to ensure seamless operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events

• Coordinate logistics including venue booking, vendor communication, and materials preparation

• Support onsite event setup, registration, and tear-down

• Maintain organized records of event details, budgets, and schedules

• Liaise with clients to understand event goals and ensure satisfaction

• Monitor event timelines and manage task follow-up

• Prepare post-event reports and evaluations

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination or administrative support

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as required
