How you'll make an impact…
As a Senior Product Designer at LawVu, you will be at the forefront of shaping Workspace Intelligence, our flagship AI-powered offering designed to revolutionize how in-house legal teams work. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will be a critical part of LawVu’s AI journey, crafting intuitive, data-driven experiences that enhance decision-making, automate workflows, and drive efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and data engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into seamless, user-friendly interactions. Your work will not only define how legal professionals engage with AI but also set new standards for innovation in legal tech. Through strategic design leadership, user research, and a deep understanding of customer needs, you’ll play a key role in making Workspace Intelligence an indispensable tool for legal teams worldwide.
What you’ll do…
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to deeply understand user needs and business goals
- Take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas and ensure solutions are user-friendly and effective
- Drive the evolution of our design system to maintain visual and interaction consistency across our platform
- Communicate design rationale and trade-offs to non-designers and advocating for user needs
- Advocate for user-centred design principles and accessibility best practices, ensuring all users can access and benefit from our solutions

What you’ll need…
You’re the perfect fit if you:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI designer, or in a similar role
- Ideally have worked in the legal industry or equivalent B2B industry experience
- Possess a portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process, design thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Are proficient in design tools like Figma or similar, and familiar with design systems and accessibility standards
- Thrive on collaboration, continuous learning, and solving complex design challenges
- Have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate design decisions and their impact on the product
- Comfortable with ambiguity, great at driving clarity proactively and efficiently
- Bonus points if you have experience in SaaS, GenAI or working with data-driven platforms!
