Who You Are:

The Marketing Producer – Community Engagement leads the visioning, production, and execution of diverse community engagement events and experiences. This role plays a central part in shaping meaningful interactions with community stakeholders. As a member of the Brand, Marketing & Communications Department, the Marketing Producer collaborates closely with the broader marketing team that includes another Marketing Producer, a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Managers, and the VP of Brand and Marketing. The position also partners extensively with internal QTS teams and external service providers to deliver high‑quality, impactful events.

What You Will Do:

  • Playing an active, ongoing support role for a number of QTS stakeholders in Marketing and in alignment with other QTS entities.

  • Own the planning, coordination, and on‑the‑ground support for community engagement events in markets where we are initiating conversations regarding new or existing development.
  • Manage end‑to‑end event preparation, including venue coordination, agenda development, budget management, run‑of‑show creation, and onsite logistics.

  • Lead the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of standardized event kits—PowerPoint templates, signage packages, handouts and other branded materials used across community meetings.

  • Conduct initial review of community meeting requirements, stakeholder expectations, and regulatory or municipal guidelines to ensure all event materials meet local needs.

  • Ability to clearly communicate and partner closely with key QTS stakeholders to shape the narrative and visual direction of community-facing presentations.

  • Ensure all event materials reflect brand standards, communicate complex development concepts clearly, and support trust‑building with community stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with external vendors and service partners to ensure signage, collateral, and event assets are delivered accurately and on time.

  • Track event outcomes, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to event processes, messaging, and presentation materials.

  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives through coordination of campaign assets, timelines and cross-team collaboration.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

  • BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Visual Design, Business, or related field—or equivalent professional experience.

  • One or more years of experience supporting or managing events, including development of presentation materials for public‑facing or stakeholder‑facing meetings.

  • One or more years of experience in real estate, architecture, engineering, infrastructure, or other professional services environments.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and strong PowerPoint skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in large mission critical, build-to-suit, or data center industries

  • Familiarity with municipal engagement processes, public meetings, or community outreach programs.
