TITLE:                                 Director, Product Management

DUTIES:                                      Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with the product vision and strategy for CardHub Platform in the areas of Cards Transaction Processing, Fraud Prevention, and Transaction Insights. Work with cross-functional teams to define features, functionality, and timing of new features and updates to platform functionality. Manage the product development process for new product offerings from ideation to launch, including working with production solutions team, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the application is developed on time, within budget, and meets customer needs. Conduct market research and competitive product analysis; gather and analyze user feedback; and measure and track the performance of CardHub's Cards Transaction Processing, Fraud Prevention, and Transaction Insights using metrics including transactions data accuracy, fraud score, and user engagement. Ensure regulatory compliance through investigation and data corrections reported by CardHub client's cardholders to the regulatory authorities. Lead product innovations to launch experimental products and services to assess market needs and demands. Manage the team of product managers and product developers responsible for the development and delivery of products and enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS:                     Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 9 years in any job title involving product solutioning experience in digital banking for credit and debit cards. Prior experience must include: 5 years in transaction authorization, reversals, returns, multi-clearing and incremental authorization processes for credit card and debit card processing systems; 5 years managing end-to-end card lifecycles on card management systems; Working with ISO 8583 Payments and Cards messaging standards; Working on message matching strategies for Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Star network messages; Implementing Visa and Mastercard compliance related mandates; Creating strategies for credit card and debit card fraud prevention; Designing applications for card-based transaction controls and alerts; and Working with digital card issuance, wallets push provisioning, and virtual cards.
