OTM Supply Chain Solution Architect

This position is a hybrid role (3x per week onsite) that will be based at our headquarters in Fremont, California.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Solution Architect with expertise in Anaplan and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes, technology proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Architecture:

• Develop comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Anaplan and Oracle Transportation Management.
• Design and architect end-to-end supply chain solutions that align with business objectives and optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, flexibility, and performance requirements.

Anaplan Expertise:

• Utilize expertise in Anaplan to design and implement planning models, forecasting, and demand management solutions.
• Configure and customize Anaplan modules to meet specific business needs.
• Provide guidance on best practices for Anaplan usage within the supply chain context.

Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Knowledge:

• Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Transportation Management to optimize transportation planning and execution.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of OTM with other supply chain systems.
• Provide technical leadership for the implementation and maintenance of OTM solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain requirements and challenges.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of supply chain solutions with overall IT architecture.
• Engage in continuous communication with various teams to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the solutions.

Project Management:

• Lead and contribute to the successful execution of supply chain projects.
• Develop project plans, set timelines, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Solution Architect focusing on Anaplan and OTM.
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation and customization.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and transportation management.
• In-depth knowledge of Anaplan configuration, modeling, and optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience with a track record of successful implementations.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Anaplan and Oracle Transportation Management.
• Familiarity with other supply chain technologies and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of data integration and data warehousing concepts.

Pay Range (Applicable to California): $165,000.00 to $175,000
