Core Competencies
Drive and deliver HR excellence using various tools, including HR dashboard and Key Performance Indicators;
Develop and implement People Plans in line with business needs;
Provide guidance and support with employee welfare issues and management of occupational health service on required sites;
Responsible for coordinating the payroll process with Finance and Payroll
Provide information for monthly reporting;
Manage group and other requests for HR information;
Work in partnership with Line Managers, to ensure a seamless reuitment process is delivered
Identify training requirements and incorporate them into the training plan.
Support Line Manager and HRBP with all Employee relation issues to resolve all matters within the legal framework and desired timescales.
Manage HR relationships with third parties.
Manage relationship with line managers and employees to ensure sites are fully engaged.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience (desirable);
CIPD (desirable).
Employment law qualification (desirable)
Relevant experience min. 5 years in similar role.
Experience in working in a multi-site organization with various stakeholders;
Experience in advising managers on HR issues and supporting the delivery of HR projects;
In-depth knowledge of HR generalist activities.
Experience in working across different lines of the business.
Experience in advising on all levels of disciplinary, grievance, performance management and absence cases
Working in a unionized environment (desirable)
Using Workday HRIS or other HRIS systems
Working proficiency in English language
